Please be advised that I received your letter dated January 8, 2013.

The New Directions Program was an independent college scholarship program that sent students to Seton Hill, Saint Vincent and the University of Pittsburgh. This program was never affiliated with or operated by any of the institutions that students in the program chose to attend.

Accordingly, there is no need for us to have any meeting regarding this matter.
